Clear responsibilities

Who handles what?

The exact responsibility model is confirmed for the journey and its suppliers. Supplier-specific services are explained in your proposal rather than presented as universal promises.

CampsAway

Shapes the journey, gathers the booking request, checks the relevant live components and presents the confirmed proposal and practical next steps.

The supplier

Provides and fulfils the applicable campervan, campsite or travel service under the supplier terms shown before you proceed.

You

Review the proposal and terms, provide accurate traveller and driver information, and explicitly decide whether CampsAway should complete the booking.

Support during travel: vehicle assistance, roadside support, campsite help and emergency responsibilities vary by supplier and journey. Your confirmed documents explain who to contact for each situation and which services apply.

Good to know

Before starting your request.

What if the campsite cannot be confirmed?

We may offer a suitable alternative. During the temporary manual-campsite phase, if no acceptable campsite option can be secured and the campervan booking can be unwound under its applicable supplier cancellation terms, CampsAway refunds the €150 service fee.

How quickly will I receive the proposal?

We begin the live checks after receiving your request and keep you updated while suppliers respond. Timing varies by journey and supplier.

Are specific campervans, campsites or support services guaranteed?

These depend on live availability and supplier conditions. Your proposal confirms the exact options, protection, cancellation terms and support arrangements that apply.
